　　This is Teachers’ Day and a time to be grateful to all teachers. This profession deserves the special recognition and respect. There is no more appropriate time than this to honour you and others in your chosen field. You have my eternal gratefulness. Have a happy Teachers’ Day. The whole secret of the teacher’s force lies in the conviction that men are convertible. Teacher, who educate children, deserve more honor than parents, who merely gave them birth; for the latter provided more life, while the former ensure a good life. What sculpture is to a block of marble, education is to the soule.

　　My heartfelt thanks to you, dear teacher. On the voyage of life, you have kindled the light of hope for me. What you have done enriches my mind and broadens my view. On this day I honour you sincerely.No one deserves a bigger thank you than you. One day is hardly enough to show our gratitude.

　　教师节的一天

　　一年一度的教师节又来临了。教室里乱哄哄的，原来同学们在议论教师节送老师什么礼物。在放学的路上，小萌看见草地上开满了鲜艳的野花。小萌想：这么漂亮的野花，不如采一点送给李老师吧!

　　清早，太阳刚刚从地平线上爬起来，小萌就捧着一大束野花来了。小萌今天穿的可真漂亮啊!小辫子上扎着红绸子，粉红色的上衣上佩带着红领巾。在阳光的照射下，红领巾闪着金色的光芒。她那柳条般的眉毛下有一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，好像里面有着无穷的智慧。她那樱桃般的小嘴上，露出了灿烂的笑容，美极了!小萌小心翼翼地将一支支野花放人老师的笔筒，生怕破坏了这美好的一切。小萌突然看见老师的眼镜压在了语文书上。她想：李老师是多么为我们着想，这么早就来学校备课。

　　李老师推开门，被眼前的一切惊住了。那些插在笔筒里的野花，在阳光的照耀下是多么美丽啊!李老师嫣然一笑。他急忙向窗口望了望，可那送花的女孩——小萌，却早已消失在人群之中。
